Refund Policy

All purchases on Study Style Test are final. We do not give refunds, in full or in part, for any purchase, including the full learning style report and mock test papers.
Why
What you buy is digital content, unlocked for your account as soon as the payment succeeds: you can read the full report or start the mock test straight away. Because it cannot be handed back, we do not refund a purchase once the payment has gone through.
Before you buy
- Read the description of what you are buying on the page where you pay, and write to us first if anything is unclear.
- A coupon discount applies only when you use it at checkout. It cannot be added to an earlier purchase or turned into a refund.
When something goes wrong
These are not refunds, and we will always put them right:
- You paid, but the item did not unlock. Email us from your account's email address with the payment reference from Stripe's receipt. We will check the payment and unlock what you paid for.
- You were charged twice for the same item. Once we have confirmed the duplicate charge with Stripe, we will cancel it or return it.
- A fault on our side stopped you from using what you paid for. We will fix the fault and restore your access.
These do not qualify for any money back: changing your mind, not using a purchase, finding the content harder or easier than you expected, scoring lower than you hoped, or losing access because your account was suspended for breaking our Terms of Service.
Your legal rights
This policy does not take away any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
